Senior PowerOn Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PowerOn developer to join our growing team at ABC Credit Union. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about credit union technology and wants to make a real impact. As a Senior PowerOn Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing PowerOn specfiles, reports, and automated processes. You'll work closely with our operations team to understand their needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and member service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerOn specfiles and reports
• Optimize existing code for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Document code and processes thoroughly
• Provide technical support and training to team members
• Stay current with Symitar platform updates and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of PowerOn development experience
• Strong understanding of Symitar core processing
• Experience with SQL and database concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
